Hello, I recently donated for the $10 package, and I did remember to log off, but no matter how many times i reconnect the donation hasn't updated. I have waited hours so I know waiting is not the problem.

I advise dropping SoulRipper a Private message on the forums, although please be patient while waiting for a response, and do not spam him.
You may also want to attach the receipt sent to your Paypal to the message.

i dont see a record of a donation with your steamid (STEAM_0:0:44318630) which is what you used i checked
check make sure it was completed, other wise you will have to contact soul for him to check paypal directly

Equalizers failed to go through too. I think there might be a problem in the system.

no equilizer donated and had steamid missing, this isnt the case
