Summary: (What happened?) I was the president, and he killed me without any reason.
I wait for the end of the NLR (5 min) when he change the tex, I raided him, and killed him, I hope its leagel.
After i killed him, he broke the NLR rule, he revenge me and did BLOCK PROP.
