I'm not asking for a reward, but i'm pretty sure that the gamemode has crashed.

I have the patients to wait, but im wondering how long it is going to be, until it is restarted, and the server is back to normal?

v2p mostly, There has been major lag on the server, maybe a DDoS attack.

Yeah. Someone was DDoSing. TeamSpeak and Minecraft was also effected.
