Summary: They president (imsnatch) was FailRPing in nexus lobby. And tgis was no president speech, he just hung the chair and sat in it joking around and even letting a chauffeur push him with a prop. (I have a photo if needed of the the chauffeur holding a prop behind the chair.)

I checked my screen shots, and I don't have a pic of the chair owner. It was his but I do not have screenshot evidence, you can deny this now.
