rp_EvoCity v2d
Was a Police Officer, and tried to RDM and Randomly Arrest players near the Cup Foods Super Market including me. He also broke NLR multiple times to do so. Even after a Secret Service Agent told him not to.
Evidence: I have no recorded proof, but I have multiple witnesses including Nate24, Cakeosity, Minicaster, SPRIGGS, and other bystanders whose names I do not recall.
