I joined the server and I walked up to them at BP because I saw a dead body under a prop. The moment I approached them they randomly ziptied me and accused me of prop killing one of them. That's when I start recording. After a while, they randomly beat me with a baton and left me there still in zipties. After I woke up, I got into a bugged state where I'm not restrained but I also can't use tools/weapons. I went walking towards park to see if anyone can help me (evident how he can't ziptie me again in 2nd video and me trying to access weapons wheel). There they tell me to get lost and just CDM me.

The players shouldn't be randomly tying up and killing other players as security guards. Additionally, they can't randomly enforce a non-existent law to ban you from the city either. Also, they were using their vehicle for CDM in the second clip.
