Summary of the incident
As I have talked Caesar about them before, I'd prefer it, if he took care of this report.
ZickPhin has been harassing me for a while now. This evening I already had a small conversation with Caesar about them harassing me when I was trying to mine or simply trying to play.
In the clip you can see them following me around, attempting to CDM me (when I got out to start the repair), ram me away from the repair station, ramming me in order to keep me "stuck" and then persistently (attempting to ram/) ramming me when I finally managed to free myself.

I already dealt with the cdm attempt and car ramming in game where he already received a black list.
