The guy "YungSleezzy" was propblocking the hospital. We were barely able to reach the Medical Treatment NPC.

Thanks for your PR, which has been approved.

YungSleezzy (STEAM_0:1:533538346) has clearly broken props rules by prop blocking the entrance and will therefore receive a 1-hour PTE blacklist (relative to their 0-hour playtime).
