Do not do unrealistic things out of context (FailRP). This includes things such as floating bathtubs and unrealistic car colors unless there is an RP reason.

This is something that is too small and petty to issue any sort of punishment over.
Sidenote: Please don't make an @ call, get my verdict on it, and then make a PR on the same topic. Stick to one method of reporting individual cases in future.
