1st instance, by the time his weapon was drawn and he said " get on the ground", my vehicle was already reversing and I was looking behind me to see if my path was clear, i didnt see him with the gun pointing at me.
2nd instance is clearly not a breach of fearrp

i told u mate, i was looking behind me at the garage to see if my path was clear, so i didnt see u with a gun, i was already in my vehicle, reversing, and looking behind me when u pull the gun and give commands
