Car accident or something occurs, he tells me to leave the area, I explain there's nowhere to drive, trying to RP it out, Phinn places a spike under my car ties, Dav1d attempts to spray me down..

Dav1d1050 has been punished for actions similar to those reported in this report here. This player report did influence the sanctions issued against him however.
Phinn shall receive a 1 hour blacklist for his misunderstanding of the role of the police as well as his misuse of its tools. I expect him not to repeat this behaviour after his blacklist expires as I know he knows better.
