Summary of the incident
Ryan comes into my casino, starts complaining about the maximum bets and opens his own table next to me as a Police Sergeant.
He then takes all my customers, completely ruining my roleplay.
My security/director, Slaint, asks him to leave or he'll use 'lethal force' which he never actually uses, he ties up Ryan and takes him outside. Ryan then returns with what looks like the entire police force and gets him arrested.
I can understand that maybe the arrest was valid, and also they're all in character, but the only thing that really matters is that he opened up a BJ table as a Police Sergeant and then basically ruins my roleplay.
Also I don't have evidence, but if I end up with some on my hands I'll add it to the PR.
Ryan mic spams all the time with really loud music, not using a speaker half the time.

Hi Blaz,
Thank you for taking your time to make this PR. What Ryan did was a violation of a rule, however an extremely minor one and so in this instance I do not believe a punishment is fitting. Not to mention the fact that the accused has now been demoted from his position within the team. However I will speak to Ryan and inform him not to do this in the future.
