Summary of the incident
I was modefying my car peacefully then this dude showed up saying i parked wrong and strarts claping my car. Even though io was modyfing it.
I hop in the car and he starts shooting me to death even though i was unarmed and no threat. (Breaking Rule 6.8)

Ok first let's point out your video shows you breaking FearRP then being homophobic in OOC calling me a "Fa****" which you got timed out for. you broke 2 rules in your own video 3.4/3.4b & 1.7

Although, you can argue FearRP. Violence is the last option therefore shooting wasn't necessary.
OOC reasons can't and shouldn't be brought into IC.
As for the FearRP, I won't be acting however take this as a verbal warning.
However, for the excessive use of force I will be taking Police & Weapons for two hours.
