Summary of the incident
My friend and I were putting up a hedge to secure our farm when a car approached the sidewalk I was on through the field. I moved to the side and told the driver in voice chat that he shouldn't drive there, rather than stopping or turning around the driver continued to force the car through a gap which crushed me into my hedge.
The police officer in the car also did nothing despite having a clear view (as the car was reversing) but I didn't see the licence plate properly or the driver's name.
I think this is a breach of rule 8.1 as the driver did not try to brake or avoid me but continued straight on, I do not believe this was an active car chase as the police officer didn't attempt to arrest the driver or have his sirens on.
