cars are very broken for me and idk how to fix them

pls help
It also happens with the Chevy, bentley, nissan skyline, bmw non legacy and smart car, if i can find more with the issue im having i will add it to the list
its really annoying it would be nice to find a fast fix

If that doesn't work try verifying the integrity of game files via your steam library
