Title of Bug: /getowner still shows the #xxxxx format
Description:
When you type /getowner, it doesn't display the actual player ID, but the long #xxxxxx format. The name update was reverted, but this part was left behind.

You are able to warrant by that ID or look it up in the police database (which has been fixed) in the meantime.

Fixed
