Summary of the incident
They were taking us hostage and they were being unemployed as a job title.
And after he proceeded to change his job to gangster which is powergaming.
I saw his hours on the server which was pretty high.

One of you forgot to switch job name - make sure to change before you start your RP.
Other than that I don't see any serious rulebreak here.
