Title of Bug: Life alert not showing up in dispatch
Description:
When someone gets knocked out and it gives the life alert call, it doesn't show up in dispatch so the dispatcher cannot assign anyone to the call. I assume this is a bug and not intended?

Life alert in general is a 50-50 as to if it works or not.
