Title of Suggestion: OOC cooldown [Veterans]
Description
Remove OOC cooldown for Veterans.
Why?
I think that Veterans should be able to write in OOC chat without a cooldown. Veterans won’t be spamming like minges.
so why not tbh

+Support, of course that should happen, I also think they should be able to put images on general chat etc on disc. Obviously these features will not be abused by them.

because veterans haven't been abusive or mingy?
Some veterans return after long time of not playing, I can't imagine any superficial reason to really needing it like staff members might.

I don't really think this is needed and I'm also not sure that veterans won't be mingy, there's veterans out there that are. The cooldown isn't long enough to be a problem in my opinion.
