Parkoured into the base by just jumping the wall with my bmw
Lynchy was watching one of them who was armed outside down the road and also saw him drive his mclaren inside and come back outside with the lock pick and steal it

I don’t think there is clear evidence to prove the raid was random.
Jumping over your wall with a bmw may be stupid but isn’t exactly planning a raid neither.
