Title of Suggestion: Weapons in cars arrestable offence
Description
Allow police to pull over and arrest people who have weapon on display in a car.
Why?
Recently it was made apparent that due to weapons being visible in players hands if they enter the drivers seat with a weapon out, its not allowed for Police to say the driver is armed or pull them over for this reason, due to the visibility of the weapon being a bug.
I believe that this causes issues the vast majority of people seem to agree that seeing the weapon is reason to pull them over because they can actually see the weapon. I think its more than reasonable to say that whilst it may not be realistic to be driving with an assault rifle in your hand (pistol not so much) the player is aware that they are getting into the vehicle with a weapon out and its showing.
If the Police pull them over for the weapon they are breaking the rules, if the driver fails to get out of the car then they are breaking FearRP if the Officer has a gun pointed at them, if they do get out of the car then they will be arrested for the weapon but the Officer used the fact that they could see weapon to pull them over in the first place so they shouldn't be arrested.
For RP reasons it can be stated that the weapon is within easy reach of the driver and not hidden if they enter the car with the weapon out, if they enter the car with the weapon on their back then they have effectively hidden the weapon so it cannot be seen.
I believe that until such time when the weapons no longer show when driving then Police can arrest and pull over people if they are seen to be armed with a weapon in a vehicle and it shouldn't be classed as a rule breakage such as using OOC Information due to the bug.

It makes no sense for a cop to ignore it as the weapon is right in front of them. Like you said, it could be RPd that the weapon is displayed and placed on the dashboard or passenger seat.

the not sure rule needs to be added here as permanent law 9 will backup the cops and if people are not hopping out there cars there are breaking fearrp but cops can just get an arrest warrant and use their ram on the window of the car to get the person out this not a big issue
is the bug BS? yes it is
can it still be roleplayed out? yes it can
