Thanks for taking the time to create a staff report. In the video shown, there are two possible claims of FearRP.
1) At the start of the video, the vehicle was very far away from you and already driving away.
It's not a reasonable distance to assume FearRP is on, and it's very close, if not out of range of voice.
2) At around 2:00, the vehicle was already driving away; purely pointing a gun at the back of the vehicle when it is already taking off does not constitute FearRP.
There is no clear breakage of FearRP, and therefore, no abuse noted.
