Hey JoshZ, thank you for submitting an un-blacklist request.
This is my bad. I misunderstood your message and I will alter the un-blacklist reason to just "Continuing to be provocative in OOC"
At the time I had just warned everyone to leave the discussion in OOC for the second time and I still see the message as intentionally provocative to the other party.
