Summary of the incident
i had a revenge plot against this guard. and this citizen heard about it and thought he would be a part of it. so he did with hes citizenship and a auto rifle. breaking countless rules.

i like to acuse him of following
Rule number 2.2 metagameing you may use a third-party software that Fearless is using as long as it is accompanied with voice transmission in-game they are talking about the event without being there. haveing a much bigger advence then someone not useing 3 party software
3.2 You may only raid as the following jobs: Police, S.R.U, Corleone, Rebels and any custom jobs as a citizen that fits the roleplay situation for example, "Freedom Fighter".. is showed playing blackjack when you watch the video you see the man armed as a citizen shooting me down as a citizen.
3.1aViolence should always be the last option. even in a hostage situation
3.5dDo not run into or loiter around extremely dangerous or life-threatening situations (even to get to the weapons locker), such as a fire or raid, as a citizen or someone without the appropriate job

Hello Aly,
You're using another person's footage that was originally used in a report against you. It is a bit weird but I'm going to put this fact to the side.
I indeed can see Okey taking out an AR-15 but I cannot see what happens after as everything is recorded from the upper floor.
However, I do hear the gunshots coming from an AR-15 and him having one out as a citizen to interrupt the hostage situation.
I agree that violence should always be the last option and I assume he killed you. Also as a citizen, he shouldn't have done that at all. Metagaming is a bit difficult to say as they were just below you and played blackjack the whole time, so I don't think I would count it as metagaming.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Even though you used this video that was recorded by another person, I'll still use this as valid evidence and give my verdict on this case.
Okey has been seen interrupting the hostage situation as a citizen, armed with an AR-15. His actions were also putting the life of the hostage in danger (3.1a Violence should always be the last option.). As he was citizen, his job was not fitting the roleplay situation and he shouldn't have interrupted it.
Player seen breaking rule 3.1a aswell as 3.2. I would also see this as violating rule 3.3 because of the fact that he was a citizen.
Report approved, concluded and moved.
