Summary of the incident

Idea and i was chatting about her selling a stolen police suit.
she said she had one for sale and she named the price of 25k
i then think she found out i was a police officer so she stopped texting me back.
i then by luck found her 2 min after when i pulled her over and told her to get out of the car and turn off the engine.
i got her ingame ID this time as in the form of a driver lincense and asked her if her name was medeline gray she reply back that it was.
i then arrest her for the reason what she is my main suspect in the case but i had to take her to the station so i could ask her about the text messages that she deny i cannot see on her phone.
when i drag her over to the police station then i see in chat out of charater that while she was in cuff's she called a freind over steam
i though sure let her have that fun in doing that. he is a miner so i dont worrie about it
i close all the doors after me and lock the doors after me in the police station. i then bring her all the way down to the jail bath room.
and there she goes into deny mode telling me that she is recording and that i somehow is wasteing her time and doing powergameing.
i then pull out my tazer and she start running around. like nothing just was pulled out.
we talk alittle and then i hear something wired shooting doors up or lockpicking doors up behind me so i think i might aswell just arrest her to get her out of harms way of what is about to happen
i open up the door and there i see a miner with a lockpick on hes back and a machine gun in hes hand now shooting holes in me until i am dead.
after getting killed i go down out of charater yelling i am comeing to get proof for PR and takes some quick pictures of the guy shooting me
i then see them runs out of the nexus and think i am done getting evidence i am getting away from my NLR area

prof of breaking the rule where is not a criminal while doing iligal things. ( killing police - jailbreak - lockpicking )
prof of useing offgame chat to gain a adventage. ( he might or might not know that she was in cuff's)

Nothing to report me for I guess; You've had your reasons to arrest me but instead cuffed me for about 30 minutes and locked me in the showers inside Nexus, clearly abusing the powers you have had as a police officer.
I have indeed asked Toxic to get me out of the jail, as there was no administrator online and I have been stuck in this situation for about 10+ minutes at that time.

Being arrested / hostaged when playing is annoying enough on the server, but when a police officer handcuffs me with no intention of arresting ne, but instead keeping me locked in the basement showers, without any administrators online, I have not seen any other solutions to this problem. Especally the long time frame made it hard for me to get any way of reporting it, as I have expected you to let me go after a while. I have actually started recording when we were down in the basement (6 minute record), so I could report you afterwards, but did not think it was necessary anymore.

I would understand a verbal warning, but receiving an actual punishment would be exaggerated in such an uncommon situation.

This report is a complete mess, both sides are in the wrong and I will endeavour to talk to and warn each person individually. No proper punishments will be issued here as the evidence is a mess and isn’t exactly sufficient and the fact both sides are in the wrong at some stage.
