Summary of the incident
was blatantly targetting me during the community meeting and only got nerfed for an hour right at the end, he said LOTS OF STUFF, then got a lot other people to continue to target me.
With ranger himself agreeing with his points on me, and how i am as a person which is very rude.
i'm requesting this isn't dealt with by ranger due to this
Evidence
all staff members present were fully aware of what was happening, and they know full and well what i'm on about

We've (as stated by yourself) already dealt with it. If you don't like the punishment given tough, and obviously if it continues harsher punishments have been given.
Denied.
(You don't get the luxury of choosing which staff member deals with the case, and despite staff members being present; PRs still require evidence.)
