Summary: So I was in my base just chilling, when a Police Officer raided me, I had previously adverted I was looking to buy some seeds, never specified drugs. Then he PM'd me asking what seeds? I responded with 'Weed Seeds' so I thought nothing of it, I knew he was a cop, but I had to go along with the rp, so I just played it casual, next thing he came barging through the door made an attempt to arrest me etc. However I believe this is a violation of rule 6.4, Do not randomly search a property; You must have a probable cause. Which I don't believe he did. I may be wrong, I just believe his actions towards me were unjust.

As stated in-game I do honestly disagree, I believe I had enough grounds to justify searching the property. The laws in place were the default ones making weed illegal. You are right that I messaged you in order to find out if you were indeed after weed seeds.

I then went to your property and watched it for a while after looking at the database, I looked through the window and saw the layout of your base which appeared suspicious too, see below:

I issued the warrant, seized your contraband and shot you after a little gunfight. If this was wrong then fair enough but I strongly believe that this was justified on the basis that possession of weed is illegal and you were attempting to buy seeds in order to grow weed. It is likely more than not that you would have contraband/paraphernalia/pots from previous grows with weed and that you are a drug producer running low on seeds.

The way I see it, he did everything in-character and RP'd it out relatively well too. You admitted you were buying weed seeds and that gave him a reason to search the database for your property and raid it. He had probable cause, and a reason to raid.
