Summary of the incident
Reported user opened fire on my car for no reason whatsoever...
Im lead to believe that he done it out of revenge for me being involved in his murder as president less than 5 minutes beforehand - He was murdered in the immediate vicinity of where we first encountered each other in the clip.. Thus breaking NLR also..

Update:
After posting the PR the reported individual and I conversed and when i began recording he admitted that he knew i had a gun from when we killed him as president in his past life. Its quite worrying that this individual feels so strongly that he has not broken any rules whatsoever..

This case is quite simply RDM, you had no knowledge of Waters carrying a gun except from your past life (a breach of NLR) and you started shooting with no attempt to initiate FearRP (see 3.1a). At this point in time the accused will be issued a weapons blacklist for his actions, take the NLR part as a warning, reading the rules wouldn’t hurt and could prevent a situation like this happening in future.
