Summary of the incident
There was an incident at my mechanic shop so I called the police. Once elastic came he asked what happened, and requested if I could fix his vehicle. First I only asked 250 dollars working costs. Right after I found out the car needed a new engine so I asked an extra 250 dollars and explained to him that the vehicle needs a part that costs 500 dollars. He pulled his gun and threatened to shoot me if I wouldn't fix his car for free.
Once he paid the extra 250 dollars I fixed his car, and he drove off, only to come back a few minutes after saying I didnt fix his car, and he arrested me for scamming him. This seemed like randomly arresting to me.
An hour later there was a pursuit going on. He decided to block off the full road with frozen fence props.

First one is me standing still as I had nothing to do, so I cut that out until he returns and drives off
Second cut is me doing random stuff until he returns with the complaint that his car is not fixed

User is guilty of FailRP, you shouldn't be shooting your gun in the air and shooting warning shots for someone to do something in a passive situation. Also there was no need for the arrest which came later in the situation, you paid for what you recieved.
