The users in the recording had been shooting through the one way props and were using a button to toggle a window to shoot right through

Approved.
Users were in breach of basing and doomforting rules, pte blacklists will be issued.
Rules for Reference:
10.6 Do not use the fading door tool to fade a prop away in order to shoot.
"One-way windows/props are ok, even in a defensive structure (i.e. as part of a security checkpoint), but you cannot use them as part of, or directly adjacent to, a firing position"
