Summary of the incident
Fail RP, the user was role playing as the owner of a luxury hotel as a rebel leader, he also decided it would be a good idea to tie me up when I refused to leave his hotel. I would also like to mention that this user has above 1.000 hours.

Rebels technically are poor therefore you wouldn't own a hotel as such, Corleone would have been a better job choice. This is classed as an official warning, just be careful next time.
