Hello SpaghettiFTW,
I've edited this as i didn't realize this was a second report.
In this one, you told me to stop whilst you had your wheel clamp out, once you pulled your M4 out I as already driving away and out of range to hear you asking me to stop.
Here is another example of you breaking 3.1c as i post no threat to anyone around me yet you continue to open fire and shoot my vehicle.

Denied, possible fearRP however violence is the last option therefore you're both in the wrong.
