Summary of the incident
So i was patrolling as Police Sergeant, Tried to pull a Blue BMW over for a speeding ticket.
The owner (Oscarr) jumped out and straight shot and killed me with no warning or instructions.
He has alot of hours and should be fully aware of the rules, I also belive he just came back from a ban.
3.1 Do not harm/kill people randomly (RDM); you must have a valid roleplay reason (a person's job or being a criminal is not a valid reason), for example protecting your property during a raid.
3.1a Violence should always be the last option.
