Summary of the incident
Shooting me instead of getting in his car and pursing. I was no threat nor was I an immediate danger to the public. But they shoot me anyway because they cba to chase me.

You were indeed a threat to life, 1. you T-boned an officer; endangering their life, 2. you were speeding and driving recklessly; putting your own and your passengers life in danger, 3. you were approaching the city; an area with lost of people that could get hurt, 4. you were approaching connectivity road; were an accident had occurred and multiple people were standing in the road.
As you were showing no signs of stopping and, you were a danger and it was paramount that you were stopped asap.

I see situations like this all the time, to me it looks like they had a valid reason to shoot your car.
Can I ask, was the video you provided the whole pursuit or did you cut out the beginning of the pursuit? If you can please, I would like to have the video of the whole pursuit, why did the pursuit occur in the first place?
