Limited character limit in Local OOC
Evidence:
Very nice that the character limit was updated a while back, but its still present in Local OOC, which is very annoying for admin sits.
Cuts off sentences half way and creates confusion.

Yeah it is just a small error, I thought I fixed it soon after the chatbox update but I guess not.
