Summary of the incident
So BeunkieBoy said the n word to me, which led to me pulling out the gun (the president allowed guns on citizens)
When he was under FearRP he suddently pulled out a chainsaw and went full crazy on me!

You did not give me any commands whatsoever, and you did not have me at gunpoint when I pulled the chainsaw. I was not under FearRP.
However, you did pull a Glock on me as a gun dealer, in a public place just because I called you a (censored due to the fact that I am not a person of color). Seems like FailRP, why were you armed in someone elses gun shop, instead of RPing?

As I told you, the president allowed me specificly to wear arms. And any citizen could wear one it if they'd wished. Also you did threaten me, and you were under FearRP - you can't argue with that bro

From what I can see, there was no FearRP infraction here. The rules state that orders must be given for FearRP to initiate.
