Summary of the incident
Joined the server tonight and was greeted with some pretty large props in the spawn. I then became a police officer to get unstuck and investigated further, finding more props everywhere I went. In one of the videos, you can see Alex using props to make a bridge across all the props.

Concluding notes
Reported user has been found abusing props as shown above. I don't believe Alex was involved with these users and was doing this to escape the trap, but still something that shouldn't have been permitted.
Reported user will receive a 4 hour PTE Blacklist.
The other two users have already been dealt with as acknowledged above.
