Summary of the incident
So I was building an rp and I had just stopped to make coffee and I went back to work and he randomly shot me to death see log provided. So I wait for NLR to expire because no admins online. And I go back to build and he shoots again after a minute or too this time I have the video footage of him shooting he then leaves the game he had not ordered anyone to stop etc and had no reasoning he Shouted in chat when I Questioned him something about someone breaking up with him. He has also shot at a couple other people I don’t know why he shot at us but he didn’t shout any orders so we have no idea what he wanted or why he was shooting at us.

Insufficient evidence to prove that the first kill wasn't valid or that the person on the roof was him.
