Summary of the incident
1.PropBlocked the road as a vice president (invisible wall)
2.Tried to gltich the server buy spawning lot's of random props.
3.Made Few people get stuck in his props including me
4.Rdmd me and some other citizens with a chainsaw as a gun dealer
