As you can see here, no laws require me to consult the president first. I as the police sergeant control the police force, not the president unless other added laws say different.

I took the sergent slot, but was not talking the person who demoted you at the time, I only sent a request as my demotion was invalid. I only took the slot after checking the F1 menu after being demoted myself.

You were the police officer I demoted. Strangely how you become Police Sergeant less than a minute after I demote you.

I made a request to get you demoted as you demoted me after a single mistake. I was checking the menu and saw the slot was opened .

First of I would like to say something If you get demoted instead of going straight to a PR. Deal with in In character as its a In character Situation. Also I would like to say thanks for the False Accusation as I didn't demote you

That's not how it works. You have to make an attempt in-game to contact me and talk about it before demoting. Trust me, I have done this before and been hit with warnings.
