Summary: The player was SRU, He repetivley caused traffic stops as SRU for no reason at all and gave no reason, After stopping you he would either shoot you or arrest you or both in my case. He would shoot without reason and kill without reason aswell, I will try to get any whitnesses or victims to post in the comments of this report.
