Summary: ChocolateEdible was evading the police, so i placed spikestrips at city tunnel and after that I said multiple times "Get out of the car" but he dind't got out. A few seconds later he changed job to avoid situation.

The user has been found breaking the rule regarding FearRP and should have listened the first time to the Officers command as well as changing job to avoid an RP situation.
