Summary: FailRP - raid baiting. The user sprayed his weapon on connectivity road before fleeing to his clan's base to force police to raid them (You can see his car at the end of the video which is damaged due to me shooting it). This goes against rules 2.4, 3.1a, and 3.6 .

User was found guilty of raid baiting.
He does not seem to be involved with police in a pursuit or anything like that prior to the incident. Also simply shooting in the direction of your car and quickly driving off shows it was to get your attention and lead you to their base. If he wanted to kill you there in the tunnel, he could have just kept on shooting you and your car, as he didn't even aim for your car it seems. Instead, he shot in your direction around the tunnel without hitting your car.
Either way, it would have been RDM, as he was just shooting at a police car in the tunnel. He should not assume you saw him with weapons and shoot you for that, though he should not try to kill someone for just seeing him with a weapon either. He should have instead tried to take you under fearRP instead of shooting you if he wanted to avoid police witnesses.
