Time: Around 7pm or 8pm.
Summary: In the first part of the video he blatantly non stop breaking fearrp i kept on telling him to follow me but he kept on stopping and walking back. In the second part he proceeds to make an OOC comment by using my name "Ali" and then adding "Ali-Akbar" because of my Islamic name trying to take the piss and say Allah-Hu-Akbar. I would like Timmay to be punished for this as I find this EXTREAMLY disrespectful and way out of line!

The steam ID seems to be broken. Can you post a fixed one?
Since usually the first numbers of the ID are the issue.
Instead of "STEAM_1:1" it might be "STEAM_0:1" or vice versa.
Check the Steam ID page if needed, since if the Steam ID is broken, the PR cannot be approved.
