Summary: Another officers reported in a car that he's been chasing for a few minutes, we lost the vehicle, I then found the vehicle again, reported it's location. They then pulled up into BP, stored their car, I aimed at them and said to get down, they changed job to avoid the arrest. They were fully aware they were being chased as two officers including myself were in pursuits with him.
