Summary: So basically I was running around and patrolling when I saw this guy hitting a car with his ASP Baton (Not on tape) then when I recorded he attacked me then running away from me while I had him under gunpoint UMP 45/Taser. He then tried to hide from me when I arrested him he insulted me as vagina in OOC (I got a screenshot of that)

As to be seen he insulted me as "gay vagina" and told me to "fuck off"
As you can see I was talking in the corner. The context, in general, does show that he was breaking the rules.
