Summary: He placed spike-traps in the city for no reason at all, trashing a bunch of people's cars.
He's also been randomly killing people and rulebreaking overall, but I don't have any decent screenshots of that.
On top of that, he reconnected to avoid an RP situation, but I didn't capture it as it was seen only on OOC/global chat.

just posted a PR of him breaking several rules with video evidence, if any admin would like to take that into consideration when dealing with this.
