Summary:So HeeTiic takes a hostage in the middle of the road and then police show up, he then continues in desperation to RDM the president (with no valid reason) with his job name as Mugger.
(i also was held up by him earlier and he straight up rdmed a cop, which i dont have evidence for)

The accused has been found infringing FailRP by Taking a Hostage and killing as a Mugger, the Job 'Thug' is invalid under rule 2.8. Furthermore said user committed RDM by killing the President out of desperation to not get arrested therefore they will be punished accordingly.
For future reference you did use the wrong players SteamID however I have manually updated that.
