Summary: FailRP, Getting out of his car to shoot me down during a pursuit. I am unable to tell you what job he was at the time. But I have attached a screenshot of the scoreboard to prove it was him. (Look at the in-game chat for character name)
He also broke a couple fearRP rules when outnumbered by police officers, but I am unable to get the evidence.

I have checked the logs and it is indeed illbeback who kills you.

illbeback will be punished for over-aggressive behaviour (Violence is the last option).
