Probably because Turkey DNS doesnt support imgur, I can use a VPN on web to see imgur images but if you guys have any solutions to solve that problem IG I would appreciate that,

You don't really have a choice then, since imgur is the only place you can get images for picture frames.
You could try changing your DNS in windows settings see if that helps you, but you have to find a secure DNS line first.
Or just keep using VPN like you're already doing.
